Fresh Salsa and Spirulina
Ingredients:
1/2 cup finely diced onion 2 cloves of garlic, minced 3 Roma tomatoes, peel and remove the seeds. sliced 1-2 chili peppers, choose your favorite kind. Handful of chopped fresh cilantro
1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice salt and pepper
Directions: In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.
Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator, for flavor infusion, before serving.
Guacamole with Spirulina - "Guacamolina"
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of fresh Spirulina
2 large avocados
1 Juice of lemon 1 garlic clove, chopped 1 onion, medium size -chopped 1 tomato (seeded) 1 sliced jalapeno 1 cup of cilantro leaves Salt and pepper
Directions: Put the ingredients into the blender and mix well.
Put in the tomatoes, salt & pepper.
Spirulina Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of fresh Spirulina
2 tablespoons of olive oil Juice of ½ lemon cayenne pepper to taste
Directions: Put all the ingredients together and mix.
choose your favorite salad and pour the Spirulina dressing over it.
Smoothie of Papaya & Spirulina
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of fresh Spirulina
1 fresh papaya
1 juice of Lime
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Ice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
You can also put Bananas or Strawberries. Enjoy!
Green juice with Spirulina
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
2 Large apples
1 small lemon or 1 lime
1 teaspoon of fresh harvested Spirulina
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the juicer. Then add the fresh Spirulina. You can blend the Spirulina with the juice in a blender, or just add it and mix well.
Spirulina Facial Mask - Homemade & natural
Anti-inflammatory, Acne, Soothing Face Mask
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel
1 tablespoon of local organic honey
2 teaspoons Fresh Spirulina
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Apply to your face (and shoulders) generously.
Let it dry for 20 minutes and rinse off with water.
